The EMSINA Group recommends the use of trusted emergency management data for decision making. This trusted data is usually sourced from the State/Territory or Federal agency responsible for developing, maintaining and/or delivering the data.

 

When searching for trusted emergency management data EMSINA recommends first searching the jurisdictional spatial data catalogues, EM-LINK or the new Digital Atlas of Australia. When using data from these sources you can have an increased level of confidence in that spatial data.
