About the position:
"The Technology Solutions Unit (TSU) is responsible for developing and supporting emergency management technology solutions for the department's Forest, Fire and Regions Group (FFRG) and Forest Fire Management Victoria staff. The Senior Geospatial Developer develops and delivers spatial projects and works with other teams and spatial developers to build web mapping systems, bespoke tools, mapping apps and data feeds.
The position delivers spatial projects and liaises with key stakeholders to identify project requirements and determine solutions to agreed outcomes. This includes developing project plans and strategies; managing external contractors and contracts; and managing the projects."
