App Description:
Note taking app. iPad app only, not available on iPhone. You can insert photos of the fire ground, fire behaviour, etc and annotate the photos and email back to fire control (assuming connectivity) in PDF format. Gives good visual feedback to those not at the fire.
App EM Use:
Get a stylus, it’s easier to write with than your finger
Make sure your photo apps have GPS ‘ON’ in the settings so that photos are ‘geo-tagged’

App Description:
Listen over WiFi almost any radio station in the world. Good for quiet moments where you would like to know what’s going on!

Can chew data limits on your data plan. May be seen as ‘personal use’ by your IT department if used on a govt. Device. Has some on-line scanners for emergency services
